Phuket Property Solutions is looking for a motivated and organised Project Supervisor to join our growing construction and renovation team.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience who enjoys leading teams, organising site activities and delivering projects to a high standard.
You will work directly with the Project Manager and be responsible for supervising site teams, coordinating resources and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality.
Key responsibilities
• Supervise daily construction and renovation activities on site
• Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
• Plan resources, materials and manpower for each stage of the project
• Monitor project timelines and ensure work progresses according to schedule
• Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship
• Ensure safe working practices and good site organisation
• Report progress and issues to the Project Manager
• Support a positive team culture and maintain good morale on site
Requirements
• Experience in construction, renovation or site supervision
• Ability to manage and lead Thai construction teams
• Good English communication skills
• Valid driving licence (essential)
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, proactive and committed to delivering quality work
