Job Description

Established restaurant in Bang Tao seeks an experienced Western Head Chef.

Preference for a chef with strong Spanish or Mediterranean background, although exceptional candidates from other Western cuisines will be considered.

You will have full responsibility for kitchen operations, menu development, food cost control, staff training and maintaining consistently high standards.
