• Oversee daily service operations within the assigned station
• Ensure smooth service and maintain restaurant service standards
• Guide and support Waiters/Waitresses during operations
• Welcome guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle guest requests or complaints
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, and related departments
• Ensure proper table setup, mise-en-place, and cleanliness
• Operate POS system and ensure accurate billing
• Promote menu items and beverages through effective upselling
