Hotel Chief Engineer

- Supervise engineers and technicians, ensuring inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently. - Prepare and manage preventive maintenance schedules for hotel equipment and facilities. - Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to identify maintenance requirements. - Troubleshoot technical issues and report major concerns to senior management. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to minimize disruption to guests and hotel operations. - Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment reports, and inventory levels. - Control maintenance supplies and costs effectively. - Train and develop team members while promoting safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement. - Support renovation projects and the installation of new equipment.
