Wellness Manager

Guests come to STAY for a transformation — to feel fitter, healthier, and to leave with habits that last. That result is created by many hands across our clinic, fitness, spa, nutrition and hospitality teams, but it only feels seamless when one person holds the whole thread. That person is the Wellness Manager. You are the guest's first point of contact and personal guide. You plan each guest's stay before they arrive, coordinate every team around their goals, work with Wellness Advisors, and make sure the experience feels effortless, personal and expertly delivered from start to finish.
