Spa Therapist

• Deliver spa services including body treatments, massages, facials, and packages in a safe and professional manner. • Ensure all service standards are strictly met. • Maintain equipment and product inventory. • Oversee product inventory and cleanliness of treatment rooms, spa pantry, product store, manicure & pedicure room, and relaxation areas. • Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities and secure equipment at the end of each shift. • Respond to guest queries, needs, and expectations professionally. • Suggest and promote retail products and additional services. • Maintain hygiene standards and comply with health and safety regulations. • Apply best practices and stay updated with market trends. • Report maintenance issues and assist the Spa Reception desk when required. • Maintain required licenses and certifications. • Support colleagues and promote teamwork. • Follow company, hotel, and department policies and procedures. • Maintain professional grooming, uniform, and personal hygiene standards.
