Spa Attendant / Cleaner

• Ensure suites are kept clean and tidy according to the Spa checklist and health and safety standards. Clean and prepare treatment beds and rooms before and after each client and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment rooms at all times. • Monitor the status of all equipment and notify the supervisor if there are any maintenance or repair needs. Promptly record equipment issues in the log book i.e. fixtures missing etc. • Restock cleaning products to ensure that LeSpa cleaning products, guest amenities and cleaning equipment are fully stocked at all times. • Ensure effective liaison between the therapists and receptionists. • Act in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. • Act as a support of colleagues by performing other tasks i.e. reception duties as and when required. • Co-operate with the reception and reservation desk on all matters. • Participate in ongoing training within the resort. • Respect instructions given by the Management concerning usage of products and amenities. • Ensure LeSpa's standards of cleanliness in the spa and onsen facilities are met at all times. • Perform other duties as required by management.
