- Experience 3 - 5 years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record within a luxury hospitality destination, premium event venue, real estate firm, or the maritime/yachting sector. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. - Advanced, daily working knowledge of social media management systems, digital analytics, and AI content generation platforms (ChatGPT/Claude for high-end copywriting/proposals; Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Firefly for asset generation). - Strong commercial mindset, sharp storytelling capabilities, cross-functional agility to handle corporate and lifestyle segments simultaneously, and the organizational skills to run fast-paced on-site events.
