Safety Officer

• Legal Compliance: Provides consultation and guidance to ensure that the organization complies with all relevant occupational safety laws and regulations. The Safety Officer summarizes and monitors legal requirements applicable to the establishment and advises management accordingly. • Risk Assessment and Prevention: Identifies potential hazards in the workplace and establishes preventive and corrective measures to minimize risks before accidents occur. • Strategic Safety Planning: Develops and drives the direction of safety management in line with company policies and legal standards, creating safety programs and action plans that support the organization’s safety goals. • Training and Awareness: Conducts or coordinates training sessions on occupational safety, health, and environmental protection to ensure that all employees understand the principles of safe work practices. If internal training cannot be provided, coordinates with external organizations to meet legal and standard requirements. • Emergency Preparedness: Prepares emergency response plans, provides training and drills for employees, and ensures that all emergency equipment is properly maintained and ready for use, in accordance with legal requirements.
