Reservation Officer

- Bachelor’s Degree or similar - At least 1 year experience in similar position - Excellent communication skills and highly organised. - Service Orientation, i.e., actively looking for ways to help people. - Ability to work with multiple systems and applications like spreadsheets, databases, word processing, property management software, Booking engine, OTA Extranets, Yield management systems and computers. - Previous experience in reservations, one to two-year experience in front desk operations. - The successful candidate is likely to have a passion for customer service - Excellent communication skills in English and Thai any other language skills will be valued - Strong research and strategic analysis skills or marketing intelligence - A high level of passion for succeeding and a strong group of self-motivation An effective team player with a strong work ethic - Ability to work independently without direct supervision or cohesively as a team - Ability to be a clear thinker, analyse and resolve problems exercise good judgment - Ability to work flexible hours, covering evenings, weekends and holiday periods - Supports other departments as needed and takes on other assignments - The person has to bring a hands-on approach
