▪️ Build the Reservations department from scratch: SOPs, shift structure, service standards, upsell scripts
▪️ Set up and run PMS, channel manager, booking engine and CRS/GDS connectivity
▪️ Rate loading and rate parity across all channels — brand.com, OTA, GDS, direct
▪️ Daily pick-up, forecast and no-show/cancellation analysis; feed revenue decisions, don’t just report them
▪️ Group blocks, allotments and release periods for tour operator and DMC partners
▪️ Lead, train and roster a team of 2 Reservation Officers
