1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Law. 2. Significant legal experience 7+ years in Corporate Law compliance/Real Estate, negotiating commercial contracts, dealing with government departments on compliance and license matters 3. Excellence command in English both writing and speaking 4. Computer literate and fluent in MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, email and internet. 5. Able to work independently 6. Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines 7. Able to tackle numerous projects simultaneously 8. Must possess an expansive mindset, receptive to acquiring new knowledge, and accepting of challenges 9. Must possess a positive attitude and be tenacious in accomplishing tasks while exercising integrity, honesty and discretion. 10. Must be able to develop strong relationships with both internal and external constituents through effective oral and written communications.
