• Remove rubbish, clean garbage bins, and maintain cleanliness of service areas. • Replenish room supplies and maintain service pantries. • Count and deliver used linen to Laundry and collect clean linen for Housekeeping pantries. • Assist Room Attendants with extra beds, baby cots, furniture movement, and other guest requests. • Clean guest corridors, service pantries, service lift areas, fire exit stairs, elevator doors and thresholds. • Collect flowers for guest rooms and assist with assigned Housekeeping tasks. • Clean rain curtains, mirrors, and hotel buggy cars as assigned. • Handle guest requests, comments, and complaints professionally or report them to Supervisors. • Maintain professional grooming, teamwork, and high service standards. • Follow hotel policies, Housekeeping procedures, and health, safety, fire, and emergency requirements. • Attend required meetings and training and perform additional duties assigned by Supervisors.
