- เป็นผู้นำและควบคุมทีมช่างที่มีทักษะหลากหลายด้าน เช่น งานไม้ เฟอร์นิเจอร์ หลังคา งานปูน งานกระเบื้อง ระบบน้ำ ระบบไฟฟ้า และงานทาสี - ดูแลและควบคุมทั้ง งานโครงการและงานซ่อมบำรุงรวมถึงสามารถลงมือหรือมีส่วนร่วมกับงานภาคปฏิบัติได้ - มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านงานก่อสร้างและงาน Renovation - สามารถอ่าน ตรวจสอบ และทำความเข้าใจแบบก่อสร้างได้ - สามารถเขียนแบบหรือแก้ไขแบบเบื้องต้นได้ - สามารถวางแผนงานก่อนเริ่มโครงการ และจัดลำดับขั้นตอนการทำงานได้อย่างเป็นระบบ - มีประสบการณ์ในการควบคุมและประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาและทีมช่าง - สามารถวางแผน ควบคุม และติดตามงานให้แล้วเสร็จตามกำหนดเวลา - สามารถบริหารจัดการและติดตาม **หลายหน้างานพร้อมกัน** ได้ - สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับที่สามารถใช้ในการทำงานได้ - Lead and supervise a multi-skilled trades team, including carpentry, furniture, roofing, masonry, tiling, plumbing, electrical, and painting - Oversee and coordinate both projects and maintenance works, with the ability to participate in hands-on work when required. -Have knowledge and practical experience in construction and renovation projects - Able to read, understand, and review construction drawings - Able to prepare or make basic modifications to drawings. - Plan work before the start of each project and organize work sequences in a systematic and efficient manner. - Have experience supervising and coordinating contractors and trades teams - Able to plan, control, and follow up on work to ensure projects are completed **on schedule**. - Able to manage and monitor **multiple sites simultaneously. - Able to communicate in **English at a working level.
