Commis Breakfast – ABF (Temporary)

- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines. - Prepare daily mise en place and ensure ingredients are fresh and ready for service. - Replenish buffet items while maintaining food quality, temperature, freshness, and presentation. - Assist with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergen-sensitive, and wellness-focused dishes. - Follow FIFO/FEFO, portion control, food-cost control, and waste-reduction procedures. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, refrigerators, and storage areas. - Follow HACCP, food safety, hygiene, allergen-control, and workplace safety standards. - Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely breakfast service. - Support other kitchen sections and perform additional duties as assigned.
