รายละเอียดงาน

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields - Minimum 6-10 years of progressive experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry - At least 5 years in a senior leadership or cluster/multi-property role - Strong understanding of hotel revenue management, distribution channels, and market segmentation - Proven track record in driving revenue growth, market share, and brand positioning - Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills - Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial and market data - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Experience working with international markets, luxury or resort hotels is preferred - Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage) - High level of integrity, strategic thinking, and result-oriented mindset
