Cluster Director of Engineering

• Lead and manage the Engineering team across both properties. • Oversee preventive maintenance programs for all building systems and facilities. • Manage HVAC (VRV), electrical, plumbing, fire protection, elevators, swimming pools, spa facilities, gym equipment, and kitchen equipment. • Plan and execute renovation, refurbishment, and CAPEX projects. • Ensure compliance with Thai regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements. • Drive sustainability initiatives and energy-saving programs. • Prepare and manage engineering budgets and capital expenditure plans. • Monitor utility consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Work closely with all operational departments to support seamless resort operations. • Participate as a member of the Executive Committee and contribute to business strategy.
