Building Manager (Branded Residence)

Reports To: Senior Property Manager Job Purpose: To lead daily site operations, uphold 5-star Luxury Brand Standards, manage operational budgets, and deliver a world-class living experience for high-profile residents. Key Responsibilities: Operational & Brand Excellence: Oversee daily operations, conduct meticulous site inspections (amenities, BOH, MEP systems), and manage soft services and engineering to protect asset value. Financial Control: Manage site operating expenses and petty cash, submit verified Excel reports, and coordinate with Accounting on Common Area Fee invoices. Vendor & Project Management: Supervise third-party vendors against 5-star standard, lead contract renewals/biddings, and support property improvement projects. Resident Engagement & Compliance: Act as the primary contact for residents and committees, deliver monthly executive performance reports, and ensure compliance with safety codes and the Thailand Condominium Act.
