Financial administrator for a retail company.

Location: Koh Samui, Thailand (We are considering candidates from other cities, and we are ready to cover relocation).

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Financial administrator for a retail company who will be responsible for the execution of financial tasks and financial support.

This role reports directly to the Chief executive officer.

Work Schedule

– Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00, 1-hour – break

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1) Main Task Groups
– Office management = maintaining the proper functioning of the company’s office; control and work with business assistant and Farm Assistant
– Financial management
– Execution of business task payments and control of payment schedule compliance
– Payment of salaries to all employees (core team + all team)
– Maintenance of cashflow + account balance + budget + PnL report files
– Control and verification of company expenses
– Docs management: control over documentation management, provision of all necessary documents to support processes, control of access to information for BA and FA, control over the transfer of all necessary documents to contractors – accountant and lawyers; providing a complete package of documents and reports for the month to the accountant.
– Additional business tasks from the CEO


– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
– 1-3 years of relevant experience in Accounting.
– Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
– Basic Knowledge of Accounting principles and specific skills is necessary, Taxation and other accounting regulation knowledge.
– Good English – B2
