Sales & Brokerage Coordinator
Job Description
The Sales and Brokerage Coordinator provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and client-support assistance to yacht sales executives and brokers. This role is essential in coordinating yacht sales and brokerage transactions, managing documentation, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare quotations and brochures
• Keep yacht available list updated
• Upload listing to websites and Dropbox
• Handle sales agreements, quotations, ATO and presentations
• Coordinate between Sales and Marketing teams
• Manage Salesforce (upload products, sales reports, coordinate with Polymorph)
• Manage Window listing artwork
• Prepare artwork and sales materials for boat show
• Handle monthly expenses
• Keep office areas clean and maintained
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Maritime Studies, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, brokerage, or administrative roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-service oriented with a polished, professional demeanor
• Passion or interest in yachting and the marine industry is a strong plus
• This role is restricted to Thai nationals in accordance with applicable regulations
